Next Match February 7th, King's Park

Last Saturday's match was a great time, and established two dominant teams (the only ones so far).  One had speed and "plays", the other pure luck.  The deciding factor in the end was the groundskeeper. 

It is good news again, as we have a field to play on February 7th, 11AM at King's Park in Kowloon.  As I am not a Kowloon specialist, their website with directions is:

First Game this Saturday!

Happy New Year,

We have field time this coming Saturday (January 10) at 9:30-11 AM. Our field is reserved at the Aberdeen Sports Ground, address: 108 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Aberdeen.

Since this is HK, we have astro-turf as our playing surface this time around. Once we get settled into teams I will continue searching for real grass. For the time being, wear track pants to cover the legs if you intend on jumping/sliding/diving/studliness.

Feel free to bring friends and drinks, as this is a social gathering to play a few games, meet new people and have a good time.

Looking for Field Space

Happy 2009!

It seems we have enough people to get 3 teams together.  In the next coming week I will try to get a field reserved for us, so we can have a round robin style game day.  

After the field is booked I will send out emails to let everyone know of the time and date well in advance.
